From the smallest meeting to conventions, fundraisers, award functions, kick-off dinners, spectacular weddings, our Catering Department ensures only the highest quality standards.

With "total coordination," our Catering Department is always ready to assist you in the planning of a successful function.  We can arrange for entertainment, audiovisual equipment, floral arrangements, specialty cakes, balloons or other special requirements you may have.  Both the Catering Director and the Chef comprise over 16 years experience in the country club business.

Our Executive Chef, Bill Mudge, moved to Orlando in 1979 from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and came to us from Silver Lake Country Club in Leesburg. Prior to his nine years in Leesburg, he was Executive Chef for ten years at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Country Club.

An Unforgettable Hideaway!!

Our Patio Room is spacious and is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a breathtaking view of the first tee on our Lake Course. It is ideal for dinner and dancing and accommodates up to 150 guests and/or cocktail parties with hors d'oeuvres for 200.

The Carnoustie Room, located on the second floor of the Clubhouse, is a lovely room with the warm atmosphere of a large living room and accommodates up to 125 guests for dinner and dancing.

Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies are surrounded by majestic oaks and pines together with superbly maintained grounds - including a waterfall - creating a perfect location for your one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony.
