ERROL ESTATE COUNTRY CLUB
FISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. All lakes are the property of Errol Management Group, LLC., the owner of Errol Estate Country Club, and are private property. Fishing in the lakes on our property is permitted only by club members, residents of Errol, club employees and guests of any of these.

  2. All primary individuals (Errol Estate club members, employees, and Errol Residents) fishing in these lakes must wear an identifying hat purchased at the Errol Estate Country Club Golf Shop in the main Clubhouse. Shop hours are normally 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. At that time, this rules sheet must be signed and submitted. Those not wearing the hat will be approached and asked to leave until such time as they obtain a permit.

  3. All children under age 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult issued and wearing an orange hat for identification.

  4. Only boats no longer than fourteen (14) feet, canoes, or rubber boats with a maximum of four (4) persons per boat are permitted.

  5. Gas motors are prohibited. Small electric trolling motors, which produce no wake, are permitted.

  6. Cane poles or rods and reels are permitted. No other devices or rigs are permitted.

  7. Fishing from lake banks that interfere with golf play is prohibited. If you see golfers coming near your position, we ask that you discontinue fishing until such time as that play has passed. It is suggested that you fish early in the morning before tee times begin at 7:30 AM or when afternoon play slows down after 4:00 PM.

  8. A Catch and Release program is required.

  9. Boat trailers or automobiles may not be used to transport boats for the purpose of launching. No other vehicles except a golf cart are permitted to remain on Errol property while you are fishing.

  10. Violations or unauthorized access to lakes may be reported by contacting the Errol Estate Country Club Proshop at (407) 886-3676 or the General Manager at (407) 886-5000 during normal working hours. After hours violations may be reported to the Apopka Police Department at (407) 889-1771. The Police Department may require on site contact to provide specific information, directions, etc.

  11. This release must be signed by all individuals, of majority age (eighteen years or older), who obtain a fishing hat.

  12. I have read and understand and agree to abide by these rules. I agree that violation of these rules is grounds for Errol Estate Country Club to withdraw or suspend my fishing privileges without any refund of fishing hat fee.

  13. I hereby release Errol Estate Country Club and Errol Management Group, LLC, from any and all liability that may arise because of injury to me or my legal charges occurring while my charges and I are on the club's property, including while fishing and while going to and from fishing sites. I further agree to indemnify and to hold and save harmless both Errol Estate Country Club and Errol Management Group, LLC, from any injury occurring on the club property regardless of fault or negligence. I understand that there are inherent dangers in fishing on a golf course and in fishing in lakes such as these. I am willing to assume these risks, and hold and save the club harmless to obtain the privilege of Fishing in the lakes.
